Empower.
Include.
Transform Democracy

At the European Initiative for Gender Inclusive Democracy (EIGID), we are a group of passionate advocates committed to driving transformative change in the democratic landscape of Europe.

Our multifaceted approach includes active advocacy for gender-inclusive policies and practices within European democratic institutions. We implement hands-on programs that contribute to gender equality within political structures and decision-making processes, fostering tangible and lasting impact.

Engaging in rigorous research, we strive to inform evidence-based policies that influence positive change in the political arena. EIGID is dedicated to community empowerment through educational initiatives, raising awareness and understanding of the pivotal role gender inclusivity plays in the very fabric of democracy.
